Turf USA Terms and Conditions

At Turf USA, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide excellent customer service to our wholesale customers. If you have any issues with the quality of your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns: For stock items, we accept returns within 5 days of receipt with a 10% restocking fee and minus any freight costs. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Any turf that has been removed from its original packaging or altered in any way will not be eligible for return. Please note that there are no returns on special orders or pre-cut turf, as these items are made to order and cannot be resold.

Quality Complaints: All products must be immediately inspected on receipt. Any quality complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt and must take place prior to any installation or use of the products. We will work with you to resolve any quality issues in a timely manner.

To initiate a return or submit a quality complaint, please contact our customer service team at sales@turfusa.com to receive return instructions. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, or receipt of the quality complaint, we will work with you to resolve the issue and issue any applicable credit to your account.
